Terms & Conditions

By submitting your order form and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

  1. Payment & Confirmation: Payment must be made in full to confirm your booking. As each artwork is a custom commission, all payments are final and non-refundable.

  2. Delivery: Completed portraits are delivered digitally via email as a high-resolution JPG file (300 dpi), suitable for printing, personal display, and online sharing.

  3. Artistic Style: All portraits are created in the original artistic style of Moon Moon Studio. Each piece is a unique interpretation and not a replica. Requests to imitate other artists’ styles will not be accommodated. 

  4. Revisions: Only minor adjustments (e.g., subtle colour corrections or refinements) may be requested. Once work has commenced, changes to size, composition, or background cannot be made. 

  5. Marketing & Sharing: Moon Moon Studio may share progress images or completed portraits on social media and in promotional materials, using only your pet’s name. Clients may request that their commission remain private at the time of ordering. 

  6. Copyright & Usage: All artworks remain the intellectual property of Moon Moon Studio. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use only (e.g., home display, personal printing, or gifting).

    Moon Moon Studio retains the right to reproduce, publish, or adapt commissioned portraits for portfolio, promotional, or commercial purposes, including prints and merchandise. 

  7. Privacy: Personal details provided by clients will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without prior consent.
